I have professed my love of a couple of stencils lately. You can see aforementioned declarations here and here. Of course, I have more than just these two and I thought it might be time to play with some of the others.
I started with the speech bubble mask from Studio Calico's Snippets collection. I haven't had it long but I really haven't done anything with it. I sprayed Studio Calico's Sunset Mister Huey. Then I moved the stencil and sprayed again to cover the whole spread in my Dylusions journal.
I outlined each speech bubble and then I journaled randomly all over the page. I don't know if I could reconstruct what I wrote and that was the point, to be honest. I wanted it to be like a jumble of thoughts.
Then I sprayed the Dina Wakley silhouette mask using the Dylusions ink spray, Black Marble.
I like that the ink is translucent and you can see the words underneath.
And here's the whole page.
I think it might need a little more work to finish it off but I like how looks just as it is.
So, here's to trying new things and creative play!
Thanks for stopping by!
